Individual Counselling Therapy is a category that includes all modalities of psychotherapy between one practitioner and one client. This discipline begins with the relationship between client and therapist, and then uses established mental health principles, values and techniques to aid the client in achieving insight into existing challenges, gaining new skills and capacities, and earning emotional freedom from historical issues. The foundation of any effective therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist, and research confirms that this relationship is the single most important factor in the success of therapy.

Individual Counselling Therapy is not age-restricted though minors will need the consent of legal guardians to access sessions.

Relationship Counselling Therapy

Relationship therapy begins with establishing shared goals and proceeds to sessions in pursuit of the identified goals. Relationship Therapy is designed to address the presented difficulties and to pursue desired outcomes, often to overcome barriers, blocks, and negative patterns, and to discover how to move towards lasting change.
